I think hash browns are the base and eggs etc. on top. hopeful.

One that I make alot is one Allison Gofton did on Food in a Minute.It was hash browns in a dish, topped with baked beans with beaten eggs and cheese over the top.I'll often add bacon to.Bake it till golden and its delish and so easy.

Another 1 of Allison Gofton's is Flamenco Pie, hash browns on bottom of greased dish, spread over with cooked savoury flavoured mince, cover with grated carrot and courgette, then cover this with grated cheese, bake until golden. and super yummy next day
