does anyone else have one, Ive had mine a couple of months and i don't no if its rite, it keeps surging all the time and in every position. Girl at help desk said it is ok but im not sure. any advise please

they are a terrific machine well worth having repaired if needed, I have been wanting to purchase one for a long time but they are very rare. I would look after yours it's a treasure
