I saw a fab recipe made with a can of pineapple pieces stirred into a box of cake mix then baked as per usual.

Does anyone have the correct amount of ingredients, such as the right size can of pineapple pieces please!

The "right size can of pineapple pieces" might depend on the size of the "box of cake mix" too :)

I have not tried these recipes, just thinking of the brownies being packed full of protein

"I dare you to eat it" - what a name for a blog LOL :)

I may have to make one just to check the recipe out. Then I will just have to give it the taste test. I will let you know if its worth you making one .

Don't worry pickles - not for me anyway . I wouldn't buy a cake mix in a packet. Anything with a bar code on is not food .

Wine comes with a barcode. I have found it to be a more than acceptable 'food', especially when busy.

uli, Nov 19, 7:49am
I make my own LOL :)
No barcode on my barrels .

How do you make LOL!And what do you use it for!

Are you generally a happy and fulfilled person, Uli!

What do you usually make your wine out of.uli.!
The last lot of wine I made was from a "kit" was very nice, I will be trying to make two lots this year, 1 kit and another lot from scratch, not sure what I will make it from just yet.

I buy eggs, butter, meat and milk - all with bar codes. These are not food now!

I do know what .uli .is saying, don't you!

Take a box of Angel Food Cake mix (just the contents of the box, no need to follow the directions on the box), & combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. (No need to use a mixer, just stir it by hand) When you do this, something magical happens. The mixture starts to froth & it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. Once it's all mixed up, simply pour it into a 9 x 13 cake pan & bake 350 for 30 minutes.https://www.facebook.com/photo.php!fbid=381883285221195&set=a.360167220726135.85044.360156530727204&type=1&ref=nf

Feijoa, apples or grapes, whatever is surplus to eating directly. Most of the apple cider or wine is converted into vinegar though.

Only one of many

Thanks for that link.

Awesome - I might give that a go - I don't have any problems buying food (or wine) with barcodes!

janny3, Nov 28, 7:56am
I just need a large enough can of pineapple.Usually don't like box mixes but maybe an exception.

sarahb5, Nov 28, 8:25am
Yeah 20ozs is quite big isn't it and I haven't seen any boxes of Angel Cake either but I shall persevere - easy options are great when you're short of time (or any time really!)
