Does anyone have a recipe for this type of icing or similar please! I'd love to buy it off the shelf, but the 'love of my life' can't eat it!

This is a really nice one but it's a lot of stuffing around. So much easier to buy it off the shelf Fondant Icing 1T gelatine, 5T cold water dissolved over a low heat, 2T glycerine, 2T liquid glucose and about 2lb icing sugar. Mould together and knead. Enough for a 12inch cake

Maybe you could try marshmallow fondant! Lots of recipes out there. Only trouble is unless you can find plenty of plain ones it will be pink. But you may be able to make home made marshmallow first and use that!
