I am thinking about getting a Sunbeam one from Briscos can any one tell me are they any good, what foods can't go in them, does the goodness still remain in the fruit and vegs and lastly with the fruitsis the sugar content higher after been dehydratered as I am a diabetic. Thanks

I have had mine for 22 years and every season I bring it out and use it. Not only for fruit,veges I even do stews etc for camping.Herbs, dried flowers, paper mache,One of the best kitchen things I bought.
