Can someone adv ise me how long oyster sauce keeps and whether it has to be in frig or not.Also the keeping time of self raising flour - many thanks.

Oyster sauce should be refrigerated once opened and keeps 3 - 6 months in the fridge. Change in colour, smell,taste or if the sauce starts to 'separate' means it is time for the bin. Self-raising flour keeps about a year.
