Had gelatine in the filling and passionfruit with arrowroot topping - it was froma supplement for wedding catering - google hasnt helped any body able to help - havent made one for ages but have had a request from one of the family to make several like I used to years ago for a large family gathering
cheers unknown - didnt use condensed milk but will go through taste website - would the condensed milk be a dense mix do you think

I'd send them an email and see if they can supply you with the recipe you're after. I don't like condensed milk so don't usually cook with it.
Tjman, bit hard for OP to get a replacement, when it was a supplement put out years ago, unless someone has a book with it in. I've looked in the Original and New, and it's not in there.
