I am tasked with doing nibbles for a group gathering.Nibbles required to be gluten free.I am thinking hummus, carrot and celery sticks, rice crackers.
am I on the right track! Are rice crackers gf!

You need to check the ingredients trah, as not all rice crackers are GF.Your selection sounds nice, and perhaps you could add some fruit, like grapes or cheese too, (depending on your budget of course!).

Thanks Irenew.Oh crikey, back to the supermarket shelves to read all the blooming tiny print on all the rice crackers!Or does anyone else know off hand which are truly gluten free!

You can't rely on ay one brand being GF.
Often it's the flavouring that has the gluten in it.

Mini meatballs is an option, just don't use soy sauce or breadcrumbs.
Very easy to make GF blinis/mini pancakes which you can top with all sorts of things.
