Because I am too busy and can't be bothered hunting through this whole messageboard, does anyone have tried, true and trusted recipe for savoury muffins that I could make and be happy to present to my colleagues at work tomorrow? I need to take morning tea and they are real savoury muffin folk! I want to put things like corn, tomato, cheese, onion etc in them.

This one is really easy!

Savoury Muffins (2x2x2 recipe)
2 rashers of bacon chopped,
2 cups of grated cheese,
2 spring onions chopped,
2 cups of self raising flour,
2 cups of milk.

Mix together until just combined.

Put into muffins tins (makes about 14), bake at 200 degress celcius for 20 mins.

They don't freeze very well, but will last for about 3 days in an airtight container. Can add many other things, but this is a good start.
