Have you had them soaking in water!

molly37, Mar 11, 12:24am
Then slice through husk and corn at fatter end of corn, pick up from the whispy bit and shake. Corn slides out perfectly, no silk. Saw it on You Tube.

kassie48, Mar 11, 1:13am
No soaking, have never heard of that hint.

wkipp, Mar 11, 1:58am
I freeze the corn husks and all. Then when I need them, I take them out and microwave one for about 5 minutes, perfect and doesnt spoil. At first I was a bit nervous about doing this. But have been doing it for years.

No need for soaking. Yummy and easy as to prepare.

lookin4adeal, Mar 11, 8:51pm
I soak mine when putting them in the husk on the BBQ as it prevents them from burning or drying out.Just for 30 minutes to an hour then straight on the BBQ for about 45 minutes turning every once in a while YUMMY!

No soaking for me. Just put in microwave for 4 minutes, husks and all. Sweet and not overcooked.
