Could some one please give me a recipe on making soft-base for Pizza `s. I believe there might be a base something like a bread mixture. Thanking you.

6 tsp yeast 1-2 tsp sugar 1 c warm water Mix and leave for 20 min till frothy.
Place in a bowl 6 cups flour tsp salt and 2 tb olive oil, add yeast mixture and mix to a dough with extra warm water 1/2 -1 cup Knead 10 minutes leave covered and somewhere warm for 1 hour. Punch down and knead again. Shape/pull/roll into shape. Cook in hot oven 8-10 minutes.

water200mls olive oil1 tbl salt1 tsp bread flour2 1/2or 375g yeast 1 3/4 tsp mix drys 1st then add liquids roll dough , place on tray , preheat oven to 200 c , cook 12-15 min or untill cooked or slightly brown,

I just use a basic scone dough, cut back abit on the baking powder, and press out really thin. Works brilliantly
