if you do want to put a stick in put it in after you have battered them, easiest for home cooking. remove the skin from ya pre cooked sausage

by now your batter is ready to go, you were given a recipe at 4.23. Your pan will require 1 cm of oil, up to a good temp. Drop a drip in and see if she cooks fast enough.

Dip ya sausages in the batter, slide them into the hot oil carefully, use a pr of thongs, tongs if you don't have thongs on. Fry on one side to set the batter, turn setting the batter, brown them off.

Only one batter; 1c std flour, 1c good ale, 1/4 tsp baking powder. Fish & hotdogs. Have oil really hot.
