Hubby wants toput out his new crapy pot and fishing sites suggest putting fish frames in the pot.anyone know where I could get the frames from!

I have tried unsuccessfully to get fish frames - you might have more luck in a city.

Catch a few fish, anything works I have used spotties caught under the wharf succesfully or sprats yellowtail that sort of thing. I have also used chicken frames they work well enough. But you can also just go buy whole fish from the supermarket fillet them and eat the fillets for dinner and keep the frames for cray bait.
Some fish shops will give you the frames or at least sell them very cheap.
I have a few in my freezer you can have if you don't mind popping up to Auckland.

lol.if only we could catch some fish!Apparently they have all gone out of Lyttelton harbour due to the earthquakes!
