I buy kiwifruit juice and i freezethat its comes out just the same as fresh.

I have heaps of this in our freezer; I make kiwifruit leather out of it, it turns out delicious!

But to answer your question, you don't need to add anything to it. Just freeze. Still tastes as good when it's thawed.

Yes . just scoop and place in plastic bag and pop in freezer . great for smoothies or stewing later , can mix with other fruit like strawberries in same bag or fijoa etc
