Not a good description at all I know!Mum made this years ago, it had rice bubbles in it and I think glace cherries (red and green), maybe dried fruit! all held together in a white mix then cut into fingers when cold. I dont think it was white chocolate.Does it ring any bells with anyone!

White Christmas 3 cups rice bubbles (Rice Krispies) 1 cup mixed fruit 1 cup dessicated coconut 1 cup dry powdered milk 3/4 cup of sifted icing sugar 225 grams copha drop of vanilla essence 1.Put 3 cups of rice bubbles(krispies), 1 cup of mixed fruit,essence, dessicated coconut, dry powdered milk and 3/4 sifted icing sugar in a bowl. 2. Melt 225 grams copha in saucepan. Add copha to dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. 3. Press mixture firmly into a biscuit tray. Set in a refrigerator. Cut into squares. White Christmas 250grms/8oz Kremelta Melted.1 cup skim milk pwdr.1 cup icing sugar.pinch salt.1/2 teaspn vanilla ess.1 cup total of either raisins,coconut, cherries, apricot, nuts.3 cups rice bubbles. Add kremlta and mix well then pour into paper lined tin. set in fridge. posted by toadfish
White Christmas in Patty Cases Ingredients. 300g white chocolate, chopped. 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts. 1/4 cup coconut flakes. 1/4 cup chopped red jelly lollies. 1/4 cup chopped green jelly lollies. 1 cup of rice bubbles. Method. In a medium size microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate on high for 1 minute. Remove and stir until smooth. You may need a further 30 seconds.Mix through the remaining ingredients. Spoon the white christmas filling into paper cases and leave to set. posted by scout_6001

White Christmas. 1 c milk powder, 1 c icing sugar, 1 c coconut, 3 c rice bubbles, 1 c sultanas, 250gm kremelta, 1tsp vanilla. Put milk powder, icing sugar, coconut, rice bubbles & sultanas into a bowl. Melt kremelta in a saucepan, add vanilla and pour over the other mix. Mix together and press into greased tray & allow to set. Cut into squares. posted by rkcroft
