Alison Holst's Macaroni Cheese recipe for the crockpot is yummy and would go down well with kids.

My kids love this cause they get to chuck it in the crockpot (potatoes, meat etc) and cause they've helped make it they are more willing to eat it
Beef stew (crockpot)
Ingredients:
1KG stewing beef, chopped into cubes seasoned flour 2 large carrots chopped into chunks 2 large onions chopped into chunks 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into chunks carton of beef stock (or 1 cube to a cup of hot water) 1 cup tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of Worcester Sauce 1 teaspoon Vegemite 1 can of chopped tomatoes 1 pkt tomto soup mix
Preparation: 1. Dust the chunks of beef in the seasoned flour 2. Put the beef in the slow cooker 3. Chuck everything else in the slow cooker and stir round. If you need more liquid to cover everything, add water 4. Sprinkle to soup mix over top 5. Switch slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours
My kids are 2 and 3 1/2 years
