Combine all ingredients, crush with mortar and pestle and pour into a shaker. Use on any vegetable instead of salt. Nice to have an alternative to plain ole salt. 4tbsp paprika.1tsp cayenne pepper.1tbsp black pepper.1tbsp garlic salt.1tbsp salt.1tsp thyme.

Hi fifie. couldn't be better thanks. mild winter really and only a few "real cold" evenings and nights over the last few weeks but its these cold southerlies that keep the temp dowm. 16ish during day :} Hows things down in swede land. must have been coooolllddd for you over last couple of months.just think 3 more weeks and it's spring.:}
