You're welcome to try this recipe:

Broccoli & Blue Cheese Soup
1 tab oil
1 large onion, diced
2 large potatoes, cut into pieces
1 head broccoli cut into florets
2 litres chicken stock
125 mls cream or milk
150gr blue cheese

Heat oil in a large pan & sauté onion. Add the broccoli & potato & cook for another 4 mins. Add the chicken stock & bring to boil. Reduce the heat & cook for another 20 mins or until the potatoes are well cooked. Use a blender or food processor toblend all ingreds. Add the fresh cream or milk & the blue cheese & stir well over a low heat until the blue cheese has melted. Serve garnished with a few slivers of blue cheese & a touch of parsley of chopped chives.
