Has anyone got e recipe for Blackberry cordial without alcohol in it? What is added for it to keep?

the alcohol infusion extracts all the "goodness" out of the blackberries - just slowly bring it to the boil to evaporate the alcohol after the infusionif you want it alcohol free - the boiling will also sterilize it which is the secondary purpose of the alcohol.

Daisy9, if you add a small amount of white vinegar to the cordial that will help it to keep. I always do this when I make blackcurrant cordial and it keeps for several years. You will also need to sterilise the bottles of course.
