Silly question, I'm making truffles with fresh cream, the expiry date on the cream is the 8th March.I'm wanting them for the 12th March, will they be ok? (The cream is being heated and will have brandy added to it).Wanting to make them today and I have the cream here, or should I do it closer to the day with fresher cream?
