HI, does anyoe know of a good teriyaki sauce recipe? I have looked on the internet and there are conflicting recipes - I am after one that is nice and sweet and thick/glossy consistency (like you get at japanese restaurants). Some recipes seems quite watery. I want a recipe to make Teriyaki chicken udon noodle soup - anyone recommend one? thanks!
