Buy them from an Indian spice shop, much cheaper than supermarkets.

Cinnamon quills ( sticks) just look like rolled up pieces of bark. They are usually with the herbs and spices

They are but you need to be sure you are buying cinnamon sticks rather than cinnamon bark
