hi all, hubby just told me people coming round for tea, awesome amount of notice, got t sorted but they are pudding people but we dont have it, does anyone have a easy pudding recipe that have stuff normally in the kitcken cupboard please, i dont like chocolate so no chocolate ones please, tia

I've posted this American favourite before, but it really is a good emergency dessert. Serve with yoghurt, cream, ice-cream, custard or even milk thickened with milk powder to make a 'pouring' cream.
