How do you barbeque butterfly pork on a gas lidded barbeque!

I'm not sure on temp, but you have the flame the furtherest from the meat on, not directly under, and put it on a rack in a tray to do it so the heat gets all around it.You can't beat bbq pork!Thats our xmas lunch tomorrow!
