Not sure if this is it or not but I got this off my sister ANZAC Caramel Cake; 250 g flour, 300g sugar, 2 1/2 cups coconut, 2 1/2 cups rolled oats, 3 Tbspn golden syrup, 4 tbspn boiling water, 2tspn b. soda. Mix dry ingredients then melt butter and golden syrup together, add soda to hot water and add to butter mixture, mix into dry ingredients. Spread 3/4 mixture into sponge roll tin and bake 170oC for approcimately 15mins. Caramel Mixture- 2 Tbspn golden syrup, 1 can condensed milk, 125g butter, melt together in a pot and pour over the hot base, sprinkle remaining anzac mixture on top and bake a futher 20mins or so till golden
