Not the Calphalon or All-Clad (I wish!) you can get the "Lodge" pre-seasoned cast iron.

Hello I'm in Christchurch I brought a Dutch Pancake maker yesterday, its the Princess one, they only had one or two left. Theres a mall called Bush Inn Mall, about a 5 min drive past Riccarton Mall. In the Bush Inn Mall there is a cafe called Van Dams Cafe, I bought a dry packet mix from there. The brand name is Koop Mans Poffertjes. U only need to add to the dry mix, 800ml milk, 2 eggs and 3 teaspoons of oil.
Hpe this helps

me again, just made some of the little things in the princess maker.
I had a pancake pre mix in the cupboard, so thought i would try that.
worked absolutly perfect. a little sweet taste for me, but............
PLEASE SOMEONE WHO HAS ONE OF THESE, TELL ME HOW YOU
TURN THEM OVER.....
That is a real tricky thing. I tried the toothpicks but didnt really work, tried one of those new small spatula things. it got stuck..
Please any hints gratefully accepted. I do love it.
I did use spray oil and wondered if melted butter would be better.
thanks

I turn with either chop stick or small tea spoon. found both methods easy.

superwiner, somehow the batter stuck to the sticks.
