a Lasanga (sp) that you can do in a Slow-cooker?

I have googled but no luck.

Pasta in the slow cooker will get very soft - why not bake it?

Yeah, thats ok.
I have a Alison Holsts meat one and it smells sooo good done in the slow-cooker I just wondered if a Vege one would be yummy too.

I used to use brown lentils a lot in place of meat.I cooked them with some spices and onions.You could them make your "meat sauce" with them

Yes, we also make a lentil pasta bake, would work perfectly as lasagne as well - my recipe is here if you want it: http://www.mrscake.co.nz/2010/05/lentil-pasta-bake.html (sorry the photos are so terrible, but it tastes a million times better than it looks!)

We eat meat but prefer this to lasagne or pasta bake with mince. Yum!
