Hi guys. Have had a meal called Fettucine Al Pollo from a few resurants now and have LOVED it every time.Does anyone have a good recipe for it please? Thanks heaps

Al Pollo just means chicken
It is such a generic term, chicken fettuccine that know one can really give you a recipe for it as its like asking for a recipe for ice cream. Unless we actually know what was in the pasta you ate then its heard for us to guess.

haha dumb restaurants tricking me.Crazy that in a few dif restaurants they would have the same meal then, one being in Rarotonga too. No wonder I couldn't find a recipe on google search. I did think it was a bit odd. When I have had this meal they call Fettuccine Al Pollo it had been a very creamy meal with roasted garlic, broccoli, sundried tomatoes and maybe mushrooms.Unfortunately I'm not very observant haha
