I love! Ive been under the weather, crltenury in Colombia, lived in Peru the last month, one of the best things is all the amazing fruit. I will say the best thing if you are feeling sick of the tummy (which happens a lot down here) fresh papaya and papaya juice! Heavenly

My favorite juice for kikncig a cold is carrot/beet/spinach/garlic/ginger. And for everyday, I love love love kale/celery/apple/lemon/ginger. You are making me want to bust out my juicer right now!

the Nepali's drink Ginger Lemon Honey at any sign of illness and with dark rum for men...
finely chop one 'thumb' of peeled fresh ginger. Put in pan with water and bring to boil. You can also add 4-6 cloves if you like.
put one the juice of one half small lemon or lime juice a cup. Also add 2 teaspoons of honey.
Use strainer and add water in to mug, stir and enjoy.
Adding dark rum turns this into a hot rum punch.
