baking tikka masala , says bake each side for 4-5 mins each . . (then gets mre cooking done in the sauce )

300f is about 150c which seems very low. Sorry I'm not more help! :)

I don't know a single recipe that would require something to be baked at 300C ... most ovens don't even go that high! I think it should be 300F.

yeah our oven doesnt go to 300C either. seems a waste of time cooking something for 4-5mins at 150C tho?
