Anyone got a good, easy recipe (without mushrooms & brandy)? I've tried a few that I googled and they just don't thicken up and are all watery, not creamy.

In last week's Woman's Day there was a recipe for one. I'll go find it and post back on here. I just hope its not in the pile of mags I gave away. If so, google the Womans Day recipes or someone else you know may have the copy of that weeks mag.

1 Onion, finely chopped. 1tsp crushed garlic. 2 tbsp worchester sauce. 3tbsp tomato sauce. 150ml cream. Saute onion and garlic. add sauces and bring to simmer. Add cream and continue to stir until sauce thickens. Delicious. Chicken, steak, lamb, yum!
