I am looking for a recipe for these which makes a crisp biscuit. The one I have is really tasty but is a soft biscuit. These are the biscuits with an indent in the top which you add jam to before baking. Can anyone help with a tried and true recipe please.

Maybe if you cook them a bit longer they will become crisp. just a thought!
