I can't remember who first put this recipe up but I got it off TM recipes so apologies for not acknowledging the original poster.
185 g butter 185 g white chocolate buttons 1 cup brown sugar packed down 1/3 cup golden syrup 1 cup milk 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 cups flour 2 eggs
Melt butter, chocolate, sugar, syrup and milk over low heat until chocolate melted and sugar dissolved. Set aside to cool. Sift flour and baking powder. Beat eggs. Whisk the flour mix and the eggs into the melted chocolate mix. Pour into 22cm lined baking tin. Bake at 160 until a squewer comes out clean Stand for 30 minutes before turning out
Ganache topping 250 g white chocolate 1/2 cup of cream Melt together until chocolate melted. Set aside to cool Beat until thick (I've been known to add a dsp of Baileys or kaluha to the ganache if for adults :-)
