How do you keep them clean when pots spit out water.I now have some scratches in the enamel - anythink I can do to get rid of them!

Go to Mitre 10 or Placemakers and ask them for a small bottle of white enamel paint or go to a panelbeater and ask them what they use to polish out scratches.Use a bigger pot on a lower heat though and you won't get that problem.
