Baking on a budget - flours?

What brand of flour do you find the cheapest yet meets all your needs for a full range of baking, breads baked my hand, sponges, cakes, biscuits etc.

I buy Pams because I shop @ New World but, if I'm at Countdown, I'll buy Homebrand. I havn't been able to distinguish a difference.
