I find chocolate fudge recipes to be very tempermental. sugary, texture not creamy, doesn't set well etc.I believe liquid glucose is the trick!Anyone got a no fail, tried & true recipe!

Made this yum fudge stuff the other day. So so easy. melt 1.5 packets of white choc melts with 1 tin of condensed milk. No need to boil, just till melted. then add 2 packets of broken up oreo cookies. Stir to combine. smooth into sponge roll tin and set. Cut into small squares.

Nigella's chocolate pistachio fudge - strictly speaking it's not actually a fudge but it tastes delicious and for Christmas I do a mix of pistachios and cranberries.

Place the butter, milk, vanilla, sifted icing sugar and cocoa into a microwave safe bowl.Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then beat until smooth.Pour into a loaf tin lined with greaseproof paper.Refrigerate until cold.Cut into pieces before serving.

The pistachios we get are salted, though! Or is there another way to buy them! Thanks

Not if you buy them in the small packet from the baking aisle already shelled

This is the best creamy fudge ever. Never fails. From a cafe in Rotorua. tastes like the bought fudge.
I find I usually have to boil the milk sugar mix for alot longer than 5 min. Until the soft ball stage. Don't use lite evap milk.

this just arrived into my inbox, what could be simpler.I haven't tried it yet, and it is quite possible I never will, but someone might like it
Incredibly Easy Fudge
400g dark chocolate 1 tin condensed milk
Melt these ingredients together — stirring constantly. Add nuts, cherries, tiny marshmallows, dried fruit or ginger. Just whatever you fancy.
Pour into a paper lined tin and cool in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Tha sounds just like the one I made for Christmas, except my recipe has 60g butter in it. I added cherries and hubby's best cognac to mine and it was divine :)
