Hi, am thinking and typing here.I live with someone with a tomato allergy and was thinking of making a lasagne type dish using mushroom. maybe in a white sauce made with mushroon soup to increase the taste!I usually use spinach, tomato, white sauce and only put cheese on top as I'm lactose intolerent.Will this work do you think!
Have seen a few recipes for mock tomato sauces on the net.I made one called Mystical sauce a few years back and used it on a pizza for someone.You couldnt tell it wasnt tomato.Had beetroot and pumpkin in it from memory.
