Only takes 10 mins if that in a hot oven, might be even quicker under a grill, but I always forget about things under the grill.They get crispy alright lol

Thinly sliced rolled Pancetta works a treat.They come out as little cups and give great appeal served in Caesar salads, or as mini cases for a lot of serving suggestions.Sweet scallops.dill and cream.

I have used the microwave to cook bacon (between 2 sheets of baking paper) and it was okay, but more recently I cooked bacon in a fry pan lightly sprayed with spray oil. Result no fat and therefore no residue left in the pan.just crispy bacon. Will be doing it like that again in the future.

Barbeque it. It,s the best way we have found to have crispy bacon.
