We have "CandyLand" how about "CupCakeLand", hmmm, not quite but.
We also have "Muffin Break", perhaps "Cupcake Inn" or "CupCake Cafe"
Evenjust "CupCakes" abbreviated to "C C's" if cafe added still be C C's.

If you are going to specialise in cupcakes then you probably need the word "Cupcake" in the name- there are some great suggestions above. Few more: Not Just Cupcakes Cupcakes and More More Than Cupcakes.
