A while ago I made a really nice chocolate cake from a recipe on here, and I lost the piece of paper! It was a really huge mixture (oven dish size) and was really runny too. Does anyone have it!

2eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt

Place all ingredients into a large bowl, pouring the boiling water over the butter or margarine to melt it.

Pour into a largespring form tin, roasting dish or into muffin cups.
Bake as a large cake for around 1hr 10mins, at 180c or in muffin cases 10-12 minutes.

You can also use flavoured berry yoghurt if desired.

Ice with chocolate butter icing.
can also be split thru and filled with a choc butter creamicing, dust top with sifted icing sugar.
*makes a large cake or around 25 extra large cup cakes*
*Cake freezes well*
