and its very dry looking do i just put it in the oven or did i miss something off the recipe!
Cheese Muffins 2 cups grated tasty cheese 1½ cups self raising flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar Pinch of cayenne pepper Herbs (parsley, sage, tyme, rosemary - anything out of the garden) Bacon, ham or cooked chicken Mix the flour, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl. I use a fork to get lots of air in. Mix all other ingredients in another bowl evenly, then add to the dry ingredients mix gently – don’t over mix, I add meats in here. Put in muffin tin and top with cheese and cook at 210oC for 12 minutes or until golden.
