I want to make chocolate muffins, but have no vanilla essence is there a recipe that you don't need vanilla essence' or can i just take it out of the recipe that i have

It would be okay to leave it out. Only effect it may have is it might make the taste less sweet.

You can leave it out entirely or substitute it with coffee essence if you have some
