Hayyou can just make it up.Boil kumeras and let coola bit, throw in lots of corriander, some mint and parsley, and make up a nice dressing.You can add a bit of fish sauce if you want.I also put in some sour cream.To give it a bit of a zing chop a couple of chillies real fine. Just use you imagination.

Thanks but I was really looking for one like the Countdown one and that has an oil based dressing.
