i made some, used the recipe out of the Edmonds cookbook and its not thickening up enough, will it thicken as it cools, I followed the recipe

yes it will thicken as cools down

If it doesn't just microwave it on high for one minute and it will thicken further. I dothis if I'm using it as a filling for lemon tarts.
