I heard this recipe being given over Radio Lives Food show this morning, but did not have a pen handy. It originally came from the NZ Gardener. The finished product does not need refrigeration and keeps like a jam. Does anyone have the recipe please?

I made this yesterday using a large marrow, which I peeled. Did it all in the microwave. The colour is a yellowy green, but it tastes YUM

I have made this and it is delicious. Only used 500gm of sugar, instead of the 1kg. And it set really well. Keep in the refridgerator after opening.

I divided the recipe by three in case I didnt like it. It still made 2 medium sized jars
