I;m not sure what you are talking about. There are lots of rice flour pastry recipes online. http://tinyurl.com/d99hk49 basically any filling can be adapted using rice flour to thicken. I use smoked chicken, bacon, leek, mushroom and sometimes sun dried tomatoes in my pies. I make a stock and white wine sauce with some cream and thicken it.
