has anyone cooked the rhubarb being sold chopped up and put in a vacuumed plastic wrap.???. It looks nice and red. I was wondering if it has food colouring added to make it nice and red.

Haven't seen it pickles. Looking for vacuum packaged Avocados, sick of buying ones that look nice then find upon cutting the're startin to go off.
