A friend (long passed) used to make a beautiful, SMOOTH, creamy, coffee flavoured BAVAROIS which required a lot of fashing about to make, but I would dearly love the recipe again: it had twelve eggs in it, I know that much. It was made in stages of a custard with the milk, cream and eggs, and another part with the coffee and sugar.....or something like that!!!
