BAVAROIS AU` CAFE`....anyone help?

A friend (long passed) used to make a beautiful, SMOOTH, creamy, coffee flavoured BAVAROIS which required a lot of fashing about to make, but I would dearly love the recipe again: it had twelve eggs in it, I know that much. It was made in stages of a custard with the milk, cream and eggs, and another part with the coffee and sugar.....or something like that!!! If anyone has this recipe I'd be so pleased if they'd share it!! Many anticipatory thanks:
