Please can someone post the "Basic Biscuits" recepie from the Edmonds cookbook. I cant afford the $22. 00 to go buy it myself and lost my old book so no longer have it :(

I've got an Edmonds cook book but it doesn't have a 'basic biscuit' recipe in it. Mine is an old book so maybe it's in one of the later editions of the book.

125g butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 egg 2 cups standard flour 1 tsp baking powder
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add egg. Sift flour and baking powder together and mix into creamed mixture. Roll heaped teaspoonful of mix into balls and place on an oven tray. Flatten slightly. Bake at 190C for 12 mins.
