Hello Clever Cooking/Baking People. Was hoping someone might have a recipe for Peanut Brittle? (spell check) Thought it might be a good idea for a fund raiser for our local school.

Be so careful making this. Had the recipe once, the girls at work make it, but i gave myself a very nasty burn on the chest. (no, dont ask) doing so. It gets SO blinken hot.

Remember about kids with peanut allergies if it's going to school to be sold. I guess you are probably taking it to work to sell though. In which case good on you!

Well I would say those kids already know they are allergic and wouldn't bother buying . . . I am thinking the name 'peanut brittle' would give it away . . .
